Unless you ask for bedding to be made up on arrival, we do provide duvets and pillows but duvet covers, sheets, pillow-cases are not provided and you will need to bring your own.
Tea towels and towels are not provided.
There is an allocated car parking space for one car near the caravan all other vehicles need to be parked in the overfill car parks. Under no circumstances can any vehicle that seats more than 7 people or any commercial vehicle that exceeds six metres in length be parked in the caravans' allocated parking bay.
Strictly no smoking in the caravan.
No pets are allowed inside or outside of the caravan.
A maximum of 6 adults are allowed in the caravan. The lead person must be aged 25 or over and all guests must be over the age of 18.
A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the caravan, with a maximum of 6 adults. If there are any persons under the age of 18 in the party, then a responsible adult of 25 or over needs to be present. Please note we do not allow all male/female groups on family breaks.
Any persons that are asked to leave the site by security lose the rights for claiming any refund.
In the unlikely event that there are problems with your caravan holiday accommodation, you must telephone Paul Davies on 07891557151 immediately, so as to give us time to arrange someone to visit and rectify the problem, as we will not accept any issues after the holiday.

To secure a booking a £100 non refundable deposit or full payment is required. Also a £100 refundable security/damage deposit is required and can be sent with the full payment, at least 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement. This is to help keep the caravan immaculate for other users. The security/damage deposit will be banked and only returned once the cleaning contractors have informed us that everything is okay.
It is recommended that you take out travel insurance as none is provided with the price of the caravan holiday.
If keys are lost replacement locks will be charged out of the security/damage deposit.
Any bad spillage on duvets or carpet and sickness the cleaning contractor will charge for this and this will be deducted from the security/damage deposit.
Cancellation charges less than 56 days no refund, 56-77 days 50% refund after the non refundable deposit, 77 days plus, full refund minus the non refundable deposit.
We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if full payment is not received at least 8 weeks before holiday commencement date.
Any further amendments to the booking form will be subject to a £10 administration fee, rising to £20 within 3 days of the break and £30 within a day of the start of the break.
At times Butlins Minehead could change any of the facilities or entertainment this totally out of our control and we can not be held responsible for this.
The Lead person is responsible for any breakage or damages and must make good any of these during their stay.
Should your caravan holiday become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control and we are not able to find suitable alternative accommodation a full refund will be given.
