Large seating area with pull out bed and bay window. Flat screen TV. DVD player. CD player with radio.

Kitchen
Full inventory in kitchen. Cooker with gas oven, grill and hob. Refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Microwave.
Toaster.
Kettle.
Iron and ironing board.

Dining Area
Curved seating area with a table and stools and a breakfast bar.

Bedrooms
1 Double with fitted wardrobes. 2 x twin with fitted wardrobes.

Shower Room with toilet
Fitted with a power shower, separate toilet, wash basin, cupboards and mirror.

Toilet
Separate toilet, with hand wash basin and mirror.

Outside caravan
Patio area with bench and table, situated near the lake. There is private parking for one car just yards from the caravan.

Gas certificate tested and carbon monoxide alarm.

Smoke alarms fitted.

We have four caravans for hire at the Lakeside Caravan Park at Butlins Minehead.

We have a 2011 BK Bluebird Grosvenor caravan 37 x 12 feet wide, 8 berth, with 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 x twin, it has full double glazing and central heating.

We have a 2010 ABI Polaris caravan 37 x 12 feet wide, 8 berth, with 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 x twin, it has full double glazing and central heating.

We also have two Willerby Bermuda caravans 37 x 12 feet wide, 8 berth, with 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 x twin, both have full double glazing and central heating. Both are situated next to each other by the lake on Lakeside Caravan Park at Butlins Minehead.
